PROFILE OF MY NEIGHBOURHOOD

  Postal Code: V3T 2W1 Census Tract:  9330191.04 Total population: 9,821 Neighbourhood Description: The Centre of the city is named Surrey where I am living at present.     The three important characteristics of my neighbourhood are written below: 1.      The population of the area is growing moderately in my neighbourhood. Interestingly, the population of my neighbourhood has grown moderately in the last five to six years as shown that the population has grown BY 41.50% (6,927 to 9,821) from the year 2016 to the year 2021. By looking at the rates of Vancouver CMA, it also shows that there is only a 7.3 change in population from 2016 to 2021. 2.      Increase in immigrant number in my neighbourhood.
